1.Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern the use of MiaGog (“the Application”), a personal, locally installed command-line tool. By installing or using the Application, its owner agrees to these terms.

2.Scope of use

The Application is a private, single-user tool. It is provided for the personal use of its owner to access her own Google account data. It is not offered as a public service, and no third party is granted any right to use it.

3.Third-party services

The Application interacts with Google APIs. Use of those APIs is also governed by Google's terms, including the Google APIs Terms of Service, the Google API Services User Data Policy, and any product-specific policies that apply to the services in use.

The Application is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. No guarantee is made that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will not cause data loss.

6.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of the Application is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from the use of or inability to use the Application.

7.Privacy

Handling of Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8.Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the Application or applicable policies change. The current version is always published on this page.
